Duties:
*Oversee the sale of vehicles, ensuring the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products aligns with FCA guidelines
*Provide guidance and training to the sales team on finance and insurance processes
*Assist in closing vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part-exchanges
*Complete regular reporting on finance and insurance sales performance
*Ensure compliance throughout the sales process
*Build and maintain outstanding customer relationships
*Support the sales team in achieving set targets and enhancing their product knowledge
*Assist in developing new initiatives to boost sales efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Transaction Manager or in a similar level role within a franchise-approved car dealership
*Strong knowledge of finance, insurance, warranties, and relevant automotive products
*Strong communication and leadership skills
*Ability to motivate and upskill team members
*Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Gloucester
*A full UK driving license with minimal points
*Results-driven with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
*Previous experience with FCA compliance is highly desirable
