Role: Outsourced Senior Manager
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Hours: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week (minimum 30 hours / 4 days considered)
Pay: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum


An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Outsourced Senior Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, a fast-growing firm providing a full range of accountancy, tax and advisory services, based in Guildford.


This is a senior leadership role where you will provide strategic financial guidance to SMEs and owner-managed businesses, acting as a trusted advisor and supporting business growth and performance.

The Requirements:
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
*Proven experience in an outsourcing function within an accountancy practice
*Strong experience working with UK SMEs across various sectors
*Commercially astute with the ability to influence financial strategy
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Proven experience leading and developing teams
*Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly


Desirable:
*Experience supporting business growth, scale-ups or turnaround situations
*Exposure to fundraising, M&A or exit planning
*Experience across sectors such as professional services, technology or manufacturing


The Role:
*Provide strategic financial leadership and commercial insight to clients
*Oversee budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and financial reporting
*Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT and HMRC requirements
*Attend client meetings to review financial performance and provide guidance
*Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
*Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls
*Collaborate with internal teams including audit, tax and payroll
*Coach and mentor finance teams and outsourced functions
