A well-established advisory firm is seeking a Tax Advisory Manager to join its growing tax team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of clients across multiple sectors, providing both corporate and personal tax advisory services within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
*Deliver clear, practical tax advice to a portfolio of clients, building strong long-term relationships
*Work closely with colleagues across audit and business services teams on a variety of tax projects
*Manage and review complex corporate tax matters, including reorganisations, share schemes, and planning for owner-managed businesses
*Advise on areas such as remuneration planning, succession, and capital gains and inheritance tax
*Support clients through key business lifecycle events, including profit extraction and strategic transactions
*Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their ongoing development

About You
*Experienced tax professional with a background advising SMEs and owner-managed businesses
*CTA qualified preferred; ATT/ACA qualified candidates with relevant experience will also be considered
*Strong technical knowledge across both corporate and personal tax
*Confident communicator with the ability to explain complex matters clearly
*Collaborative and proactive, with experience supporting or managing junior staff
