This In house Property Solicitor role in Birmingham offers the opportunity to work on a nationally significant infrastructure project. You will advise on a wide range of property matters, including complex acquisitions, disposals, and land arrangements within a dynamic in house legal team.

Description
The In house Property Solicitor will be:
* Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial, residential and agricultural property
* Advising on landlord and tenant matters and leasehold arrangements
* Drafting and negotiating licences, easements and related agreements
* Assisting with legal matters involving utilities, telecoms and statutory undertakers
* Ensuring legal risk is effectively managed across all property transactions
* Supporting the delivery of large-scale infrastructure requirements
* Working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors
** Maintaining consistent legal standards and documentation
Profile
The In house Property Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor with 3 years PQE plus in commercial property
* Experienced in acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant work
* Familiar with easements, licences and land agreements
* Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
** Interested in moving from private practice into an in house role
