As part of this growth, they are looking to hire Consultant and Senior Consultant-level professionals into their UK Indirect Tax team.

The OpportunityYou will join a national Indirect Tax practice that advises some of the largest and most influential organisations across a broad range of sectors, including Financial Services, Real Estate, M&A, Public Sector, Consumer, Energy, Global Trade, and Technology, Media & Telecoms.
Depending on your preference, you can specialise within a specific industry or work across a variety of sectors. The work is a mix of advisory and compliance and is often international in scope, offering excellent exposure to complex and high-profile projects.
Typical work includes advising on:
*Large-scale property and corporate transactions
*International supply chain structuring
*Global VAT and indirect tax issues
*Regulatory change, including e-invoicing and digital VAT reporting
You will work closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally, gaining regular exposure to a global network of specialists.
Key Responsibilities*Delivering high-quality Indirect Tax advice to major UK and international clients
*Researching complex VAT and Indirect Tax issues and providing practical, commercial advice
*Keeping up to date with legislative developments and understanding their client impact
*Advising on emerging digital initiatives and innovation within Indirect Tax
*Building and maintaining client relationships with the support of senior leadership
*Contributing to business development and new market opportunities
*Collaborating with colleagues across different service lines
*Supporting junior team members while working closely with senior managers, directors and partners
About You*VAT experience gained in practice, industry, or within HMRC
*Strong understanding of UK VAT legislation and case law
*ATT and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent), or working towards qualification
*Strong written, technical and analytical skills
*Confident client-facing communicator with relationship-building capability
*Proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of work and identify opportunities
*Comfortable working collaboratively with peers and senior stakeholders
