Our high end and independent agency are looking for a proactive and experienced property manager, who is Level 3 ARLA qualified and looking for their next step!
Job Specification
*Responding to incoming client and resident enquiries quickly, and ensuring regular feedback of outstanding issues is provided
*Manage all aspects of health, safety and compliance
*Manage contractors to deliver a high quality of service
*Set accurate budgets
*Taking ownership of client relationship management for the 90 unit strong portfolio
*Deliver excellent customer service through professionalism and strong technical knowledge
*Be a contact point for property managers in the team to help with complex property issues
*Be actively involved in department projects and contribute to business improvements
*Deliver training session to the team
*Contribute to the strategic delivery targets for the business
*To support with the day to day running of the department in line with Director guidance
*Attend and actively participate in team meetings, providing suggestions for improvements
What you need to succeed
*Able to proactively spot issues and solve them
*Proficient IT user, able to use MS packages as well as a range of internal systems
*Experience of working in a similar role is essential
*ARLA Level 3 qualification is essential
