The firm are looking to hire a Residential Property Lawyer with 1+ years PQE, either qualified Solicitor, Chartered legal Executive or a licenced Conveyancer.


Responsibilities:
*Manage a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
*Offer clear and timely legal advice on all conveyancing matters.
*Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and associated legal documents.
*Control transactions from initial instruction to completion, ensuring deadlines are achieved and clients remain fully informed.
*Handling sales, purchases.
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*Freehold and leasehold transactions
*Newbuilds


Requirements:
*High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with initiative.
*Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with strong multitasking ability.
*Clear and effective communication skills.
*A proactive team player capable of managing your own workload, adapting to changes, and prioritising effectively.
*Applicants must be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered legal Executive or a licenced Conveyancer.
