Forklift Driver
*Hourly Rate: £13.44
*Location: Norwich
*Job Type: Temp to Perm
*Shift Patterns: 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our team on a temp to perm basis. This role requires operating forklifts safely and efficiently and involves shift patterns of either 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm. If you are reliable, have a keen eye for safety, and are looking for a stable position with the potential to become permanent, we would like to hear from you.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Operate forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
*Ensure the safe and efficient handling of goods and materials.
*Conduct routine checks on forklift equipment and report any issues.
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Accurately log all movements of goods and ensure proper stock control.
*Work closely with warehouse staff to optimise loading and unloading processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Forklift Driver.
*Valid forklift operator training certificate.
*Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
*Ability to work early or late shifts as required.
*Good physical condition and coordination.
*Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
