We are actively recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to join a growing and fast-paced Facilities Management company in Dartford.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong admin or FM experience looking for a role with real responsibility, variety, and long-term progression.
The Role
You’ll be at the centre of operations — coordinating engineers, managing client accounts, and ensuring jobs are delivered efficiently and on time.
This is a busy, high-impact position where organisation and communication are key.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate and manage client accounts
*Schedule and plan engineers’ workloads
*Raise and manage jobs via CAFM systems
*Handle incoming client queries and resolve issues
*Support invoicing and contract administration
*Maintain accurate records and documentation
What They’re Looking For
*Previous experience in Facilities Management / Helpdesk / Coordination / Administration
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Confident communicator with a professional manner
*Experience using CAFM systems (desirable)
