Job Description:
This is a hands-on, high-intensity, phone-first leadership role with a market-leading workplace design, build and consultancy business. If you’re the type who leads from the front, thrives on targets, and knows how to drive both activity and people, you’ll fit right in.
This is full-time, office-based, surrounded by a driven, high-performance team where energy, pace and results are everything.
The business has an outstanding reputation across the UK and ambitious plans to scale significantly over the next five years. They now need a player-manager to take ownership of performance, standards and output.
The Role:
This is not a sit-back management job. You’ll be on the phones, in the numbers, and in the detail, every day!
*Lead, coach and drive a team of Business Development Executives and researchers
*Set the tone with high daily activity levels
*Generate business through relentless outbound calling and follow-ups
*Build relationships across the commercial property sector (agents, landlords, surveyors, consultants)
*Own and manage a high-quality, high-volume pipeline
*Drive team performance against KPIs, activity metrics and revenue targets
*Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates and team output
*Work closely with internal teams to maximise conversion and client engagement

*Proven background in high-volume outbound sales / telesales
*Someone who loves the phone, and expects their team to as well
*A natural leader who sets the pace through action, not just instruction
*Resilient, competitive and completely comfortable in a target-driven environment
*Strong coaching ability with a focus on improving performance daily
*Commercially sharp with the ability to spot, prioritise and convert opportunities
*Organised, detail-focused, and fully on top of numbers and activity
Experience:
*Track record of generating opportunities through cold outreach and proactive BD
*Experience managing, mentoring or stepping up within a sales team
*Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure office environment
*High energy, high standards, and zero fear of picking up the phone, again and again
