Description
The In-house Commercial Solicitor will be:
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
*Advising on technology agreements, including SaaS and IT procurement
*Supporting procurement processes and supplier arrangements
*Providing pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders
*Assisting with risk management and compliance matters


Profile
The In-house Commercial Solicitor should be:
*A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ PQE in commercial contracts
*Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
*Familiar with technology and/or procurement work (desirable)
*Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills
*Able to manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment
