Job Description:
This is a high-octane, target-driven Business Development role with a market-leading workplace design, build and consultancy firm. If you’re someone who thrives on pressure, loves the buzz of the phone, and is motivated by results, this could be exactly what you’re looking for.
This is fully office-based, no hybrid, no working from home. You’ll be surrounded by 20+ like-minded, driven sales professionals in a fast-paced, energetic environment where activity, resilience and results are everything.
The business has a strong UK-wide reputation and serious growth plans, aiming to double in size over the next five years. They need ambitious, relentless individuals to help make that happen.
The role:
This is a high-volume, phone-heavy Business Development position. Expect to be on the phone constantly, generating opportunities and building relationships.
*Generate new business through cold calling, outreach and following up warm leads
*Build relationships with agents, landlords, surveyors, and consultants
*Identify companies planning office relocations, refurbishments, or new space acquisitions
*Consistently build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
*Keep CRM fully updated with all activity and interactions
*Track performance against KPIs and targets
What our client is looking for:
*Confident, articulate communicator, especially on the phone
*Proven ability (or strong desire) to generate leads and win new business
*Comfortable working to daily call targets and KPIs
*Commercially aware with solid objection-handling skills
*Highly organised and able to manage a busy pipeline
*Energetic, competitive, and driven to succeed
Experience needed:
*Background in high-volume outbound telephone sales, or similar fast-paced, target-driven environments
*Graduates with the right attitude, hunger, and resilience will also be considered
*Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a team of high performers
*Must enjoy being in a busy, high-energy office environment full-time
