Partner Estate Agent - Chesterfield
*Basic Salary: £25,000 - £27,500
*On Target Earnings: £50,000 - £65,000

Our client, the UK’s largest independent estate agency group, is offering a unique opportunity for a Partner Estate Agent to operate within a defined local area. This role combines the freedom of a self-employed model with the support, structure, and benefits of a fully employed position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and develop your own estate agency business within your local area.
* Generate new business through proactive marketing and networking.
* Conduct property valuations and win new instructions.
* Manage the full sales process from instruction through to completion.
* Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, delivering exceptional service.
* Promote your personal brand to increase local market share.
* Work closely with branch hub teams and central support functions.
* Ensure full compliance with all industry regulations and standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience within residential estate agency.
* Strong track record in generating business and winning instructions.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something of your own.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Highly self-motivated with strong organisational ability.
* Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
* Full UK driving licence.
