We are looking for a person to join the management team at our Pub and Restaurant by the river in Barnes. We have an inclusive and innovative team of people with a genuine love of hospitality, quality food and great drinks.
The Waterman’s Arms has a creative and regularly evolving menu, using the best seasonal produce and showcasing a thoughtfully curated drinks list. We are looking for someone who is energised by this, and able to inspire enthusiasm and passion in the team. The ideal person for the job is someone who has a great eye for detail and who understands what great service is.
The role will involve serving customers with a friendly but efficient style, maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and organisation and opening and closing the venue. Overall we’re looking for someone to make sure service runs smoothly and that everyone has a wonderful time!
There will be daily service briefings and lots of regular training on dishes, wine and cocktails.
This is a full time position [40-45 hours per week] with shifts are a mix of day, evening and weekends working closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
