Our client, a leading independent estate agent, is seeking a driven and motivated Property Valuer to join their flagship branch. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-performing team, where you’ll play a key role in winning new business and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
*Generate new and repeat business opportunities.
*Conduct accurate property valuations and win new instructions.
*Market properties effectively using a range of marketing techniques.
*Manage the sales process through to completion.
*Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
*Prepare property details including brochures and descriptions.
*Proactively canvass the local area to generate leads.
*Ensure all properties meet health and safety standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Experience within estate agency, ready to step into a valuing role.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Target-driven with a proactive approach to winning business.
*Ability to support and positively influence team performance.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
*Good IT skills including Microsoft packages.
*Full UK driving licence.
