Our client, a leading independent estate agent, is seeking a high-performing Area Director to oversee multiple branches along the M1 corridor. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead from the front, drive business growth, and develop high-performing teams within a dynamic and ambitious environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee the performance and day-to-day operations of multiple lettings branches.
*Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams to achieve and exceed targets.
*Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
*Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and industry standards.
*Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to maximise performance.
*Recruit, train, and develop talent across the business.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
*Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Minimum 3 years’ experience within residential lettings at Branch Manager level or above.
*Proven experience managing multiple offices or teams.
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
*In-depth knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
*Target-driven with a strong track record of delivering results.
*Professional, driven, and customer-focused approach.
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages.
*Full UK driving licence.
