*Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE)
*On Target Earnings: £40,000 - £45,000

Are you an experienced New Homes professional looking to step into a regional role with real impact? If so, we want to hear from you.
Our client, the UK’s largest independent estate agency group, is seeking a driven and knowledgeable New Homes Sales Manager to oversee performance across their Cambridgeshire region. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong developer relationships, drive revenue growth, and play a key role in a specialist division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders.
* Drive revenue growth and maximise business opportunities across the region.
* Oversee the quality and volume of new homes instructions.
* Manage and support consultants to deliver against targets and budgets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to generate referrals and cross-sell opportunities.
* Monitor performance against KPIs, income, and profitability targets.
* Lead by example, providing coaching and development to team members.
* Promote developments through effective marketing and personal branding.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience within Land & New Homes.
* Strong track record of generating business and delivering results.
* Experience in building and managing B2B relationships.
* Confident leader with the ability to coach and develop others.
* Highly organised with strong project management skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Commercially aware with a strong understanding of budgets and profitability.
* Driven, ambitious, and motivated by success.
* Full UK driving licence.
