The Role
Customer Service Advisor (Part-Time – 3 Days per Week)
Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis - initially a fixed term 6 month contract - with a view to become permanent
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and online channels
*Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
*Record, monitor, and escalate complaints where needed
*Management customer service system
About You:
*Previous customer service experience (telephone based)
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Confident, professional, and customer-focused
*Experience with Zendesk desirable or similar
*Must ideally be able to work part-time, 3 days per week
*Be able to commute to Harrow
