An AVP-level Technical Systems Analyst role supporting the analysis and delivery of a new Risk and ESG-focused data platform. You will lead technical requirements definition, data design, and solution delivery across complex banking environments, working closely with business, governance, and engineering teams

Description


*Gather, analyse and document technical and non-functional requirements
*Produce detailed technical requirements and design specifications
*Partner with business, data governance and IT delivery teams end to end
*Support solution design, testing and deployment activities
*Define and maintain data lineage across critical datasets
*Contribute to database schema design and optimisation
*Develop and review conceptual, logical and physical data models
*Shape data pipelines, integrations and metadata structures
*Ensure alignment with BCBS239 and data management standards
*Maintain ERDs, data dictionaries and lineage tooling


Profile


*5+ years’ experience in business or systems analysis within financial services
*Strong background in data analysis, data modelling and database design
*Proven experience capturing technical and non-functional requirements
*Interface specification, data mapping and integration design expertise
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with user stories


Job Offer
*Competitive daily rate of GBP 450 to GBP 550, paid on a temporary contract basis.
