Job Description:
*Basic: £20,000 - £25,000
*OTE: £45,000 - £60,000 (uncapped)
*Battersea / Clapham Area
The Role You will be responsible for managing the full sales process, including:
*Registering buyers and qualifying requirements
*Conducting viewings and providing expert local advice
*Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
*Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
*Generating new business and winning instructions

*Realistic OTE of £45k–£60k+ (uncapped commission)
