Finance Analyst – 6-Month FTC (FMCG)

About the Role
A leading FMCG company is looking for a Finance Analyst to join the Commercial Finance Team on a 6-month FTC. This role supports financial analysis, reporting, and commercial decision-making across well-known consumer products.
You’ll work closely with commercial, sales, and marketing teams, gaining strong exposure to commercial business partnering and understanding the financial impact of customer activity, promotions, and new product launches.
Key Responsibilities
*Maintain accurate customer pricing within SAP
*Analyse and approve monthly customer sales forecasts
*Conduct promotion profitability analysis
*Complete balance sheet reconciliations for promotions and agreements
*Business partner with commercial and marketing teams, providing financial insight
*Create P&Ls for new product concepts and support viability assessments
*Work with factory teams to understand and challenge cost inputs
*Build financial models tracking volume, gross contribution and performance vs targets
*Support ad hoc projects such as range analysis and inflation modelling
