What You’ll Be Doing:• Handling inbound and outbound calls, processing customer orders accurately.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Generating new sales opportunities through proactive calls and follow-ups.
• Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems and ensuring excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:• Previous experience in telesales, order processing or a customer service role.
• Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to upsell and maximise sales opportunities.
• Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
