This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and wants to be part of a high-quality, specialist recruitment business – without the typical agency pressure.
What you’ll do*Build and manage relationships with accountancy professionals across the UK
*Identify and engage top talent for live opportunities
*Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls
*Support consultants with shortlists and delivery
*Advise candidates on CVs and positioning
*Manage pipelines and candidate journeys
*Spot leads and market insights
You’ll also have some client exposure, giving you a broader understanding of the recruitment process.
