We’re looking for a Talent Manager to join us in a hybrid capacity – combining the flexibility of home working with time spent collaborating with the team.
The roleThis is a candidate-led role with a client-facing edge – perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships but also wants to understand the full recruitment lifecycle.
You’ll:
*Engage and build relationships with accountancy professionals
*Qualify and interview candidates
*Support live roles by introducing high-quality candidates
*Work closely with consultants on delivery
*Provide CV advice and market insight
*Track and manage candidate pipelines
*Identify leads and opportunities through conversations
