We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Talent Manager to join our close-knit Cornwall team – someone who thrives on people, conversations, and making things happen.
This role is primarily candidate-focused, but with real exposure to clients and the wider recruitment process – giving you a brilliant platform to grow your career.
What you’ll be doingYou’ll sit at the heart of our delivery function – owning candidate relationships and making sure every interaction is high quality, personal, and purposeful.
*Identifying, attracting and engaging high-quality candidates
*Building strong, lasting relationships with accountancy professionals
*Interviewing and qualifying candidates (phone & video)
*Supporting consultants by matching candidates to live opportunities
*Advising on CVs and positioning candidates effectively in the market
*Managing candidate journeys from first contact through to placement
*Supporting client delivery with shortlists and insights
*Spotting leads and opportunities through candidate conversations
What we’re looking forWe’re open on background – but you’ll need to be confident, proactive and great with people.
Ideally, you’ll have:
*Experience in recruitment (especially practice recruitment) OR
*A background in accountancy practice or finance roles
Alongside:
*Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
*Commercial awareness and curiosity
*A proactive, organised approach
*Confidence working to targets and KPIs
*A genuine interest in people and their careers
