Salary: £40,000
Working Pattern: 4 days on-site (with flexibility)
Deliver Exceptional Customer Support in a Microsoft Dynamics EnvironmentAn established Microsoft consultancy is looking for an experienced Second Line Support Consultant to join its growing support team, working closely with customers using Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, and working with Microsoft ERP technologies in a professional consultancy environment.
The RoleAs a Second Line Support Consultant, you will act as a key escalation point for customer issues, providing deeper technical and functional support across Dynamics NAV / Business Central environments.
You’ll work closely with customers, first-line support, consultants, and developers to diagnose, resolve, and document issues, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
This is a customer-facing role where communication and relationship management are just as important as technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities*Provide second-line support for Dynamics NAV and Business Central customers
*Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application and data issues
*Manage escalations from first-line support efficiently and professionally
*Liaise directly with customers to understand issues and provide clear updates
*Work with consultants and developers on more complex problems
*Maintain accurate support documentation and case notes
*Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes
What We’re Looking For*Proven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central
*Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
*Good understanding of ERP business processes
*Ability to troubleshoot functional and system-related issues
*Comfortable working in a consultancy or customer-focused environment
*Organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple support cases
