Job Title: Architect
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £35-50,000 DOE

A thriving, design-led architectural studio in Harrogate is seeking a talented Architect to join their growing team. The studio specialises in bespoke residential projects, including new-build homes, extensions, and small-scale developments across North Yorkshire. Known for their attention to detail and client-focused approach, the practice offers a collaborative environment where architects have real responsibility and the opportunity to see projects through from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead the design and delivery of residential projects across all stages
*Prepare planning and Building Regulations applications
*Produce detailed drawing and technical packages using BIM software
*Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors
*Attend site visits and project meetings as required
*Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
Ideal Candidate
*Qualified Architect with several years’ UK experience
*Proven experience in residential architecture
*Strong understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
*Proficiency in ArchiCAD or similar BIM software
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills
*Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team
