Job Description:
About the RoleAn exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic wealth advisory environment, supporting individuals and businesses in achieving their long-term financial goals. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, holistic financial advice while building and maintaining strong, lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities*Provide tailored financial advice across investments, pensions, tax planning, inheritance, and protection
*Conduct regular client reviews to ensure advice remains suitable and aligned with changing circumstances
*Build and maintain long-term client relationships
*Generate new business through networking, referrals, and client meetings
*Use internal tools and documentation to support and evidence advice
*Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and internal standards
*Accurately record client interactions and advice using CRM systems
*Stay up to date with industry regulations and market developments
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant processing of business
*Support additional duties as required
RequirementsQualifications & Experience
*Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice
*At least 3 years’ experience in a Financial Adviser role
*Proven track record of delivering holistic financial advice
*Experience advising on investments, pensions, inheritance tax, and protection (excluding mortgages)
*Experience using cashflow modelling software
Skills & Attributes
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
*Strong client focus with a commitment to high-quality service
*High level of professionalism and integrity
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
*Adaptable and flexible approach
*Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
