As part of our continued growth, we’re expanding our Fit-Out division in Nottingham and are looking to speak with Recruitment Consultants who know the market, understand the pace, and are ready to take ownership of a high-potential desk.
This is an opportunity for an established recruiter to step into a warm, opportunity-rich market with the backing of a well-respected brand and an experienced leadership team.
The RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant within our Nottingham team, you’ll take full ownership of your desk, specialising in white-collar or trades & labour roles across commercial fit-out projects.
You will:
*Develop and grow an established client base within the Fit-Out sector
*Win new business from contractors, subcontractors, and specialist firms
*Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
*Source and place high-quality candidates across multiple project types
*Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial brief through to placement
*Negotiate rates, manage margins, and drive consistent desk growth
This is a billing-focused role where your experience allows you to hit the ground running and maximise opportunity from day one.
What We’re Looking ForThis role is aimed at Recruitment Consultants, ideally those already operating within construction or a similar fast-paced vertical.
We’re looking for individuals who bring:
*A proven track record in recruitment (construction/fit-out highly desirable)
*Strong billing history and commercial awareness
*Confidence in business development and client management
