Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join a team within a fast-paced environment based in Hull. This role will support the end-to-end recruitment process, primarily focused on hiring operatives across warehouse and production functions. Please note, this is a fully office based role so you will be expected to be onsite 5 days per week.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some recruitment and administrative experience who enjoys working in a busy, hands-on environment and wants to develop their career further.
Key Responsibilities
*Supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
*Screening CVs and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
*Managing job adverts across multiple platforms
*Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
*Liaising with agencies and external partners when required
*Assisting with onboarding processes, including right-to-work checks and documentation
*Providing general administrative support to the HR/recruitment team
About You
*Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role (ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors)
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
