Salary: £27,000+ depending on experience

The Role
You will join a close-knit team consisting of three experienced fee earners and a dedicated support staff member, managing a caseload of claimant personal injury matters through the MOJ Portal with values up to £25,000.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a caseload of EL/OL and RTA claims via the MOJ Portal (up to £25k value)
*Progressing claims efficiently from instruction to settlement
*Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts, and other third parties
*Drafting legal documentation and negotiating settlements
*Maintaining accurate case management records
*Delivering high standards of client care throughout the claims process
Requirements
*Minimum 1+ year experience handling claimant personal injury matters
*Experience using the MOJ Portal
*Exposure to EL/OL and/or RTA claims
*Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
