Job Description:
An established company are currently looking for an Administrator to join their friendly team. The Administrator is based within the Commercial team and combines office management, administrative duties and project support, ensuring the smooth running of dairy operations whilst contributing to pricing strategies and event logistics.
*£30,000
*Office based

Administrator responsibilities:
*Coordinating logistics and planning for events to ensure smooth execution
*Effectively managing pricing models
*Ensuring compliance regarding invoice checking to suppliers and customers
*Leading projects on behalf of the Commercial team, including monitoring pricing strategy
*Processing invoices and forwarding to the Accounts team for payment
*Supporting the Accounts team with annual leave and absences
*Overseeing office management including aspects of H&S
*Organising travel, hotels and reservations as required
*Handling incoming/outgoing mail, email distributions and couriers
*Providing reception cover as required, handling calls and directing enquiries
Administrator skills/competencies:
*Previous experience in a similar role desirable
*Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
*IT proficiency – Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
