So, what does the role of a Senior Account Handler here involve?
Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service as relationship-building with our clients will be the key to your success.
In this role you will be working on a protected book of commercial clients. As a Senior Account Handler you will provide support to colleagues along with the Team Leader and provide training to the team where required.
What are we looking for in our Senior Account Handlers?
*You will need a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in the Insurance Industry as an account handler (or similar role)

*Time management skills with the ability to work independently

*Experience of cross selling and upselling products

*Excellent communication skills

*Knowledge of motor and home insurance

*Ability to develop and maintain client relationships

*Next, we need you to be proactive, use your initiative and show us your entrepreneurial spirit

*Have a willingness to learn and be curious. Incidentally, we offer plenty of opportunity to gain qualifications that will enhance your career in this growing industry
