Nursing Home Manager
Salary: £65,000 per annum (Negotiable D.O.E)
Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Healthcare Clinical Recruitment Limited is proud to partner with an award-winning care provider to recruit an experienced Nursing Home Manager. We are looking for a strong leader with a proven history of achieving and maintaining "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC ratings.
You will hold a valid NMC registration and deliver high-quality care in a safe, compliant, and well-led service. Leading with integrity, you will foster a positive culture where colleagues feel respected, supported, and motivated.
Nursing Home Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent care and service.
* Lead and inspire care teams, promoting high standards.
* Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain CQC excellence.
* Build strong relationships with residents’ families and stakeholders.
