Are you a confident and resilient individual with a passion for supporting young people? We are currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Manager to join a dynamic school in Northampton for an immediate start.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by helping students overcome behavioural challenges and thrive in a positive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
-Support and manage student behaviour across the school.
-Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams.
-Implement behaviour strategies and interventions.
-Provide one-to-one and small group support for students.
-Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress.
Requirements
- Experience working with young people (school, youth work, or similar).
-Strong behaviour management skills.
-Calm,patient, and resilient approach.
-Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
-Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service ( willingness to apply).
