This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to step into a true leadership role within a well-established and growing law firm. Whether you are a Legal Director ready to step up to Partnership, or an established Partner with a following looking for a stronger platform, this role offers the autonomy to shape strategy, grow a team, and make a lasting impact in the Manchester market.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of the firm’s Real Estate offering in Manchester, leading and developing a talented team while working closely with senior leadership to expand the firm’s presence across the region. This is a rare opportunity to combine high-quality real estate work with genuine influence over strategy and growth.
Your caseload will include:
*Investment and acquisition work
*Development projects
*Landlord and tenant matters
*Real estate finance
*General commercial property advisory work
*Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in business development, building client relationships, and driving the continued growth of the department
About You
*Legal Director ready to step up, or an existing Partner seeking a new platform
*Strong track record in commercial property and real estate transactions
*Well-connected with a network or client following in Manchester or the North West (or the ambition to build one)
*Confident leader with the ability to mentor, develop and inspire others
*Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
