The Opportunity
As Head of Commercial Litigation, you will play a central role in driving the department forward. You will:
*Set the strategic direction and vision for the team
*Lead and manage high-value, complex disputes across a broad commercial litigation portfolio
*Take a proactive role in business development, winning work and deepening existing client partnerships
*Mentor, inspire and develop junior and mid-level lawyers
*Contribute to wider firm initiatives and help drive innovation in client service delivery
