What you’ll be doing:
*Generate new business through high volume outbound activity (cold calling, lead generation and prospecting) while consistently hitting and exceeding targets.
*Book and lead meetings with senior decision makers, uncovering challenges and positioning our recruitment solutions effectively.
*Negotiate terms and secure new business, building your confidence and commercial influence with every deal.
*Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to closing offers so you can develop complete end to end sales capability.
*Build long term client and candidate relationships, becoming their go to trusted advisor.
