Sales Controller Oxford
£55,000 OTE
No Sundays
The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Controller to join a high-performing dealership in Oxford. This is a key position within the sales team, responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in driving performance, maximising profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities*Support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the sales department
*Assist in driving the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
*Manage and structure deals to maximise profitability
*Monitor team performance and provide coaching where required
*Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company standards
*Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
*Step in to manage the team in the absence of the Sales Manager
Requirements*Previous experience as a Sales Controller or Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade
*Strong understanding of finance and deal stacking
*Proven track record of achieving targets and driving performance
*Excellent leadership and coaching skills
*Strong communication and organisational abilities
*Full UK driving licence
