Part-time Receptionist | Pity Me, Durham


About the role
Office Angels is currently recruiting on behalf of a professional and welcoming organisation based in Durham. We’re looking for a confident Receptionist / Front of House professional to support their team on a part-time basis.
This is a visible, important role - you’ll be the first point of contact and a key part of how visitors experience the business.
9:00am - 5:00pm
2 days per week
Immediate start
Temporary role with genuine potential to go permanent
£13 - £14 per hour depending on experience


What you’ll be doing
*Welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly, professional manner
*Managing a busy reception area
*Answering and directing incoming calls
*Monitoring and responding to a shared email inbox
*Offering refreshments and preparing meeting spaces
*Supporting with general administrative tasks as needed
*Acting as an ambassador for the business at all times
