Job Title: Legal Assistant – Residential Conveyancing
Location: Broxburn, West Lothian

Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 depending on experience
About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a busy Residential Conveyancing team based in Broxburn.
You’ll support Solicitors with a high volume of property transactions including purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of title.
Key Responsibilities*Supporting Solicitors with day-to-day conveyancing transactions
*Drafting legal documents and correspondence
*Preparing and submitting LBTT returns
*Handling registrations and post-completion tasks
*Liaising with clients, lenders and third parties
*Managing case files and ensuring accuracy throughout
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing (essential)
*Strong administrative and organisational skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
