Job Title: Architect
Location: York
Salary: £35-50,000 DOE

I am currently working with a well-established, design-led architectural practice based in York, who are looking to appoint an Architect to join their growing team. The practice specialises in high-quality residential projects, including bespoke homes, extensions and small-scale developments across North Yorkshire. They have built a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, well-crafted schemes and offer a collaborative studio environment where individuals are given real responsibility and client exposure across all stages of a project.

Daily Duties
*Develop and coordinate design and technical information across all project stages
*Prepare and submit planning and Building Regulations applications
*Produce detailed drawing packages using BIM software
*Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
*Attend site visits and project meetings
*Manage project deadlines and deliverables effectively
Ideal Candidate
*Qualified Architect with 3+ years’ UK experience
*Strong background in residential projects
*Good working knowledge of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
*Proficiency in ArchiCAD or similar BIM software
*Strong communication and client-facing skills
*Proactive, organised and able to work both independently and within a team
