Office Manager (Luxury Fashion)
London, onsite
to £40,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Office Manager to join an emerging, luxury fashion brand. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting senior leadership while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Head Office.
About the Role:
*Manage the CEO’s diary, scheduling meetings and appointments
*Arrange travel and logistics for external meetings
*Oversee the smooth running of the Head Office
*Welcome and manage visitors, ensuring a professional experience
*Order and maintain office supplies, including kitchen and facility essentials
*Liaise with cleaning staff and maintenance providers to ensure high standards
*Manage office-related expenses and ensure bills are paid on time in coordination with accounts
*Support documentation processes (e.g. DHL shipments) and monitor budget spend
*Assist with onboarding new starters, ensuring equipment and setup are ready
*Maintain HR records, including holidays, absences, and sickness tracking
*Provide basic IT support (e.g. connecting laptops to screens)
*Organise and maintain the sample room and coordinate sample sales
About You
*6 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury fashion brand
*A high level of confidentiality and discretion
*Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
*A flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
*High energy, professionalism, and a polished presentation
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HR systems
