Quality / Technical Assistant
Buckinghamshire | Full-time, 40 hours
A well-established UK ambient food manufacturer supplying major supermarket retailers is seeking a Quality / Technical Assistant to support a busy Technical Team within a BRC A-Grade site.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the factory floor and playing a key part in food safety, quality, and compliance.
What you’ll be doing:
*Supporting the site Quality Management System and BRC standards
*Carrying out internal, GMP and production audits
*Verifying traceability, production records and QA documentation
*Assisting with customer complaints and corrective actions
*Performing basic lab testing, inspections and equipment calibration
*Supporting site accreditations and customer-specific standards
