Business Protection Administrator
Location: Wellingborough (Hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £30,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm


The Role


We are currently seeking a highly organised Business Protection Administrator to support the Head of Protection within a growing and professional advisory business.


This is a varied and client-facing administration role, supporting the full protection journey from initial client contact through to policy completion. You will play a key role in ensuring cases are processed accurately and efficiently, delivering a high level of service to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities


• Speaking directly with clients via phone and email
• Completing and processing client fact finds
• Gathering, collating, and accurately recording client information
• Chasing medical reports and underwriting requirements
• Uploading policies and client documentation onto the CRM system
• Progressing cases from submission through to completion
• Liaising with insurers, providers, and internal teams
• Ensuring all cases are compliant and processed to a high standard


About You


• Previous experience in protection administration, financial services, or insurance support (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Confident communicating with clients and stakeholders
• Comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously
• Proficient with CRM systems and administration tasks
