Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm


We are seeking an experienced Complaints & Customer Service Advisor with experience working within asset finance to join a busy and growing team. This role involves managing customer accounts, resolving queries, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.


What they are looking for
*Handle customer enquiries predominately via email but also by phone
*Maintain accurate CRM records
*Investigate and resolve customer complaints
*Escalate risks and support fair customer outcomes
*Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery


What you will need
*Previous experience in either a customer service or complaint role
*Previous experience working within asset finance (HP, leasing, refinancing or similar)
*Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills
