Hybrid working (3 days onsite 2 days from home)
About Our Client
Roselands Resourcing is proud to be working with a well-established organisation operating across the South East. With a workforce of over 600 employees and a network of sites across the region, they are now looking to appoint a Senior HR Administrator to join their HR team.
Job Description
*Assist with employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinaries
*Support the HR Business Partner with meetings, including note-taking
*Take ownership of HR processes end-to-end with minimal supervision
*Identify and proactively address recurring people-related issues
*Contribute to HR projects and organisational change initiatives
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
*Proven experience in a hands on HR role is essential
*Strong employee relations experience (grievances, investigations, hearings)
*Confidence working independently within a HR team, taking full ownership of tasks
*Experience working across multiple sites (desirable)
*The ability to manage high volumes of queries and competing priorities
*Excellent communication skill
*Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
*A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience (preferred)
