Commercial Mortgage Broker
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £80,000 – £100,000
Commission: Very high commission split


The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Mortgage Broker to join a growing and well-established business based in Nottingham. This role offers an outstanding combination of earning potential, flexibility, and support.


With all appointments provided and full administrative support, you can focus entirely on advising clients and closing business.


We will also consider experienced Residential Mortgage Brokers who are looking to develop into a Commercial Mortgage Broker role, with full training, support, and lead flow provided.

The Role
• Advising clients on commercial mortgage and finance solutions
• Attending appointments provided by the business
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Packaging and progressing cases through to completion
• Working closely with admin and support teams to ensure smooth completions


About You
• Proven experience as a Commercial Mortgage Broker, or an experienced Residential Mortgage Broker looking to transition into commercial finance
• Strong advisory and client-facing skills
• Highly motivated, driven, and commercially minded
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
