Finance Administrator – 6 Month FTC
Birmingham | Fixed Term Contract (6 Months) | QA Higher Education
About the Role
QA Higher Education (QAHE) is looking for a proactive, detail-driven Finance Administrator to join our vibrant team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
If you have a Purchase Ledger background and enjoy working in a fast-paced finance environment, this role offers a great opportunity to build hands-on experience and make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will support the finance team with key responsibilities, including:
Managing end-to-end agent commission claims and payments
Validating commission and bonus claims against contracts and incentive schemes
Handling queries from internal teams and external agents
Raising purchase orders and performing supplier reconciliations
Supporting ad hoc projects and commercial analysis
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience within Purchase Ledger
Communicates confidently with internal and external stakeholders
Is proficient in MS Teams, Outlook, and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Is comfortable working with large data sets
