Reed Education Plymouth is actively seeking Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) for flexible teaching opportunities across Plymouth and surrounding areas. We collaborate with a variety of schools, including primary, secondary, and SEN institutions, offering both daily and long-term supply roles. This is an excellent chance for NQTs to build confidence, expand their teaching experience, and enjoy the flexibility of supply teaching while securing consistent work.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Teach across a range of local primary, secondary, and SEN schools according to your specialisation and preferences.
*Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school policies.
*Implement lesson plans effectively, ensuring a high level of engagement and learning outcomes.
*Provide feedback on student progress and any notable incidents to the regular teaching staff.
*Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate daily or long-term assignments as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Newly Qualified Teacher status.
*Strong adaptability to different school environments and student needs.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*A proactive approach to classroom management.
*Ability to follow lesson plans and deliver effective teaching.
